From the centre it's roughly 20 minutes to Maidstone, 22 to Gravesend and Dartford, and just under an hour to Canterbury or Folkestone. We provide the machine. Our preferred way to train, for one person or a whole team.
Or on your site in Kent
Our instructor comes to you and trains your team on your own machines, around your programme. Ideal if your team can't travel.
