What the course covers
A practical, engaging course with hands-on practice throughout.
- Basic life support, including CPR and defibrillator use
- Dealing with bleeding, burns and shock
- Minor injury response
- Incident management
- First aider duties and responsibilities
Depending on the course there's a theory and practical assessment, leading to your certificate.

How much does a emergency first aid at work course cost?

On your site anywhere in Kent, London and across the UK, or at our training centre at Crab Tree Close, Meopham, Kent TN15 7JL.
Who accredits the course?
Our first aid courses are delivered through Nuco Training, with certificates awarded by First Aid Awards (FAA).
How long is the certificate valid?
First aid certificates are valid for three years. We recommend an annual refresher to keep skills sharp, and we can remind you before it runs out.
Can you train a whole team at once?
Yes. We regularly train groups and companies, at our Meopham centre or on your site. First aid courses take up to 12 people. Group and multi-course discounts are available, so contact us for a quote.
How does payment work?
Scheduled courses booked online are paid by card when you book. For quoted group or on-site training there's no deposit: payment is due 7 days before the course, or on the day.
