WHO WE ARE
Pole Position Training directors Callum Bates based in Peterborough and Peter Pole based in Kent are two training providers who decided to merge in 2022 with the aim to provide modern quality training. We have a purpose built training facility that will be ever evolving to stay up to date and to keep courses fresh, modern and as fun as they can be. We can offer NPORS, in house and NVQ's. With us we have an admin team and a hand picked instructor list of people we can use, so just because can't see what you're looking for on here we may still be able to help. CALLUM
My passion for training comes from seeing people achieve their goals and be able to further increase their skills set and move forward in life. I want to provide efficient training to get people site ready.
PETER
I enjoy taking a novice candidate, help them develop the skills they need to do the job they want, there's not enough people that get told about practical jobs rather than office based jobs. Working with Callum brings two younger generation of trainer for a more modern way.
